Our Order & Delivery Process

Step 1: Place Your Order

Browse our collection, select your preferred design, and fill in the personalization details required for your item.

Step 2: Design Approval

Before we officially begin crafting your item, you will receive a digital image/mock-up of your personalized design for your final approval.

Step3: Handcrafting Your Order

Cake topper:

To guarantee your custom cake topper is perfectly crafted and ready in time, please place your order at least 5 to 7 days before your event date.

In-Stock Items (Fast Dispatch

Looking for a quick gift? These products are already fully completed, beautifully finished, and waiting to head to their new homes! We process and dispatch these items immediately after your checkout is completed.

Important Terms & Policies

1. Order Amendments

Changes to your personalization details, text, or design specifications can only be accepted within the first 24 hours of placing your order.

2. Shipping Restrictions & Tracking

We currently offer delivery services strictly within England/the UK. As soon as your handcrafted package is dispatched, you will receive a formal confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can easily follow your parcel’s journey.

3. Personalized Items – Returns Policy

Because each custom item is specifically crafted to match your unique requirements and approved designs, personalized products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Exceptions are strictly limited to instances where the product arrives damaged, possesses a structural manufacturing defect, or does not match the layout you officially approved during Step 2.
